How to improve the absorption efficiency of recarburizer?

 There are several ways to improve the absorption efficiency of recarburizer:

1. Carburizer is more difficult to absorb (without calcination)

2. Recarburizer ash particle distribution is not uniform

3. Join too late

4. Incorrect adding method, layered adding is adopted.Avoid adding liquid iron mirror when too much slag

5. Try not to use too much rusty material.
